READ THIS!! I moved in 8/30. So at the time of writing this review I have been here SIX weeks. I paid and signed a lease without seeing my actual unit. I was shown a unit that was 100 times better than what I was rented and I was told it was an IDENTICAL unit. So here is a list of everything that has gone wrong in SIX weeks with photos and videos. It is also worth noting maintenance comes but does not fix anything and closes the work orders. The office staff deem residents that hold them accountable as difficult and so they ignore your calls after you move in. And im sure the good reviews are fake. I have no light fixtures in any of my bedrooms even though the unit I was shown that was supposed to be identical had lights. When i brought it up to the same person who showed me the unit inwas

We have been living here for just about two weeks. Moved from MA and they made the transition so easy !! Maintenance has been amazing with any questions and the front office ladies are absolutely amazing !! The community is great and our neighbors are fabulous. Everyone from staff to community members are so kind !!

I moved about 5 months ago with roomie, the apartment in which we live all right. But I was excited about the idea that there was a gym, since I arrived there are broken machines that don't fix them or take them out, I think they should see that.

I have lived in this area for roughly 18 months. Although the apartments are okay, they are priced too high, and expect your rent to be raised when you go to renew your lease. Since moving in, ive watched now 2/3 neighbors NOT resign there lease. Maintenance can be extremely loud and early. The people next door moved out, so the maintenance team has been entering the apartment as early as 7am, banging on walls trying to “rennovate” the unit. It is extremely annoying to be woken up at 7am, due to the maintenance team renovating a room, that early in the morning. The fitness center has numerous pieces of broken equipment that has not been repaired since moving in.

It has been about a week since our move, and we are pleased to report that all is going well. Jasmine has been a true blessing and played a crucial role in ensuring our relocation was as seamless as possible. Her exceptional skills make her an invaluable member of the front office team, and her pleasant demeanor makes her a joy to interact with.
