I was very impressed at with them at first, in regards to communication prior to the estimate visit. They came out to do the estimate and again I got a very good impression. But after they came out to look at the project, they ghosted me and never even sent an estimate. I even called after 10 days, they had send they would send the estimate in a day or two, and was told I would hear back that day, crickets. Very disappointed. If they weren't interested in doing the job it would have been courteous for them to just tell us that.
