I've used several title companies over the years, but the service from Hannah, Brenda, and Arsula at Elite is by far the best. They are consistently accurate and proactive, often flagging and resolving issues before they become problems. They are responsive and make my clients feel comfortable during closing. They are a crucial partner in our business success highly recommend!

I "closed" on a double wide back in August of 2025. Today is February 5, 2026. I still haven't received my Titles! Hannah was very responsive & nice to communicate with. Arsula sent me an email on February 2, 2026 stating she has my titles & tags for 2026. I asked Arsula what carrier she was using & to send me a tracking number when Docs were sent. She told me the carrier is USPS & that she DOES NOT HAVE TRACKING NUMBER. That is way to laxy-daisy for sending out IMPORTANT documents! Now what? Do I wait another 2 weeks? What if they never show up? How & who is responsible? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I'd give Elite title a negative rating if it were available

The buyer used this company. We had many concerns as the seller. Brenda went out of her way to accommodate us and answer all of our questions. Transaction and payment completed timely. Happy with this title company.
