They handled a very complex, and difficult transaction and managed to wrangle the realtors and lenders that weer being difficult to get us to a close on time despite being doomed to be late. !!!!!

This company is very inept and incompetent in handling home sales and closing in this day and age. For my closing, they sat on the final details for several days as the closing date was approaching, and even on the day of the closing they still did not have all the information together and providing the lender with incorrect information. This cost me extra dollars as I had to revise my wire transfer amount a couple of times to balance with the final figures. If I had the choice, I would never use this company and I hope others are aware of their incompetence.

Had a closing with Mrs. Linda Washington. She was very prompt, professional, and polite. She made the entire process VERY EASY. I will definitely close with her again for my next purchase. She even let us know that a potential property had title issues and that she would get to the bottom of it. Thank you so much you are greatly appreciated.
