Augusto is amazing. i have been looking for a place for months and the New York housing market keep currently very bleak filled with cruel people who are constantly taking advantage of people. Not only is he super friendly and works hard, but he is honest and will go to bat for you if you’re a good match. I highly recommend - his fee is totally reasonable unlike other agents who are currently asking for upwards of 20% of the years TOTAL rent. it’s insane!

Terrible experience. Wanted to move to Middle Village because of its peace and being a good neighborhood. Rented apt on Furmanville Ave and the neighbors downstairs that agent rented to were loud and smoke hookah almost every day. Every weekend they had friends/family over and played loud music and let the kids run around apt, all this after midnight and lasting till 2-4am. Agent, also the property manager, never took care of problem.
