Elite Property Management

I read all of the reviews. Property Management must be one of the most difficult businesses. I’ve been working with Dan, Bill & Cheryl for a better part of 6 years. It may be the unpopular opinion, but I have no complaints. They do a fantastic job with our property and working with our HOA. They are responsive and attentive. We are very well taken care of and I am happy with them. I have dealt with other property management companies that were EXTREMELY horrible. Elite is not. I’ve worked with them as a board member and a resident and I have no complaints. I’m thankful for them. They jumped right in immediately when we lost our dear and beloved past property manager (who learned from working as an Elite employee). They have taken tremendous care of us. Thank you Cheryl, Dan & Bill.

RUN!!!!! If I could rate this management company a 0 I would. The incompetence of this management company is mind blowing. Christina Lamoureux manages the community I live in, and she is unprofessional and unqualified. They can’t even do the basics, like send out proper notices in a timely manner, send effective correspondence to landlords/tenants. Keep the grounds clean of trash, change a light bulb on the building. I could go on and on. If you’re thinking about using this management company, DO NOT! Run away or you will regret it.

When we were looking for new management for our HOA we read the reviews. Our board of directors assumed that negative reviews were inevitable with any company that deals with residential issues and should be taken with a grain of salt. But we were WRONG. From the beginning when they upped the fee by $1200 on the DAY we signed our contract (knowing we didn’t have time to look elsewhere) until we chose not to renew it was a constant struggle to get anyone to do their job. I do agree with the other reviewer who said Kristy was knowledgeable and quick to respond. But I believe she’s no longer there. I have served on HOA and condo boards in FL since 2014 and my advice is to keep scrolling.

Rating actually a negative (but sadly no option for anything to rate below a 1.) Warning.."Stay away from this company if you are looking for someone with competency!" Elite grossly mismanaged our property and failed to complete the most simpliest duties such as; failure to communicate responsibly and respectfully with our HOA Board, failed to maintain our common areas, failed to perform thorough inspections and follow up for compliance, became argumentative when corrective actions are requested and finally resigned after 10 months due to being incompetent in properly managing our subdivision as promise. Also paid vendors without inspecting work first and did not like that we would not quietly sit back and allow him to continuing paying himself with our association funds for incompetent wo

The worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Christina Lamareaux offers zero help to any situation and her brainless boss Dan backs her without hearing both sides of the story. If you can avoid them at all costs please do; if you are stuck with them like I was, don’t expect anything but poor management and communication for as long as you are paired with Elite. Sadly it will be at your expense. Wish I could rate ZERO stars.
