First renter experience absolutely awful. Makes me almost consider it a scam considering all the issues that have obviously been known about before we even moved in. We have asked for a maintenance person three separate times to fix some of these issues. He came one time, was super rude in my own home while I was holding my own kid. Since then ever time we asked they said they would send someone and they never showed up. We have never missed a payment and we are always on time, I think its a little ridiculous how these properties are managed.
