This is our second time using Elite to close on a house, and we will continue to use them in the future. Our paperwork is always correct and done well ahead of time. The first time we used them I didn't get wiring instructions, I was driving into town that night and didn't see it in my spam folder. They were so polite waiting on me to get the wire done there at closing. When I email or call I always get a super fast response. Buying and selling houses can be stressful, I appreciate that they make the process easier.

We had such a positive experience! They had everything ready before we walked in so we literally sat down, got things explained, more details were given when we weren't sure what something meant, and signed! It was seriously the easiest part of the house buying process! All the staff was friendly and didn't mind that we had to bring our kiddos; they sat in the lounge area watching cartoons and coloring! I highly recommend using Elite when purchasing!

Super smooth super simple! The way it should be! They answered any questions I had and did an amazing job explaining everything as it came down to closing. They even call as soon as my check arrived !
