DO NOT RENT WIT THIS PERSON!!! They kept a part of my deposit to fix "damages" that we did not do. I had sent him photos when we originally moved in to prove to him that this was there, and he refused to return my money after moving out. I really hope he doesn't do this to all his tenants. Aside from keeping my deposit, its a MICE infested, we had to catch several mice throughout the year and in the winter he left us with NO HEAT for 2 days. Just flat out horrible.

I was very interested in taking one of Mr Bahar’s properties but due to personal reasons I was unable to. However, I have nothing but great things to say about this gentleman, he was very nice, professional and understanding. Process was very simple. Would absolutely recommend
