I want to express my appreciation for Adam Hicks. We have been working on getting me my 1st home for awhile. He was so patient and kind. I am so greatful to him. I got my keys to my first home yesterday and couldn't not be happier. Thank you for all your advice and support!!

Unethical. Unprofessional. I’m a first time home buyer and they did not take care of us at all. My realtor was almost always late and he showed up with wife and kids in tow every time. This wasn’t an issue until the final walk through. They were almost an hour late, I had to be at work, and he has small kids with him. After that being said, it was my fault we rushed the walk through. Several issues now with my home and they are little to no help.

Decided to look at a house and the agent had me sign a piece of paper, so I could see the house, but never told me I would be tied to her for the next 6 months. My daughter bought a home in her own name, because this agent wouldn’t release me and I’ve been trying to get a release ever since, but to no avail. Tried calling their office, no response. I guess now this agent gets my commission if I buy anything in the next 6 months. Also, when I met and spoke with this agent, all she ever talked about is her commission. Be careful with this brokerage, read the fine print.

Horrendously unprofessional. Not only was I approved for a 2 bedroom apartment by one brother and denied the very next day by the other brother, it is very rare for anyone in the office to answer the phones or reply to emails. I rented with them for almost 4 years. They have no loyalty to long time tenants and community members. Sydney Eline is a literal Scrooge and Smiley Eline is quite obviously only qualified to work there because his daddy owned it. Shame.
