Elias was the worst realtor I have ever worked with in my life. He did not negotiate a reasonable sales price for my family. He acted as a duel agent in the sale of my parent’s home. Along the way he forgot that we were paying his commission. He was seen at my parent’s home with the buyers and their extended family enjoying the property (on a lake) before the closing even occurred. Elias’ biggest concern was about the buyers and not the sellers. If I were you I’d stay as far away from this guy as possible.

Elias was a pleasure to work with in both selling a place at the lake and finding a new property. He spent almost 6 months working with us to ensure we found exactly what we wanted.
