I used Eli for the first time after reading his reviews online . The experience was great . He met me at my rental in Brooklyn as soon as it was vacant and we discussed a strategy and price points . From day one we communicated a few times a week . He worked very hard to find me a super qualified tenant in around 3 weeks time . He was very professional and a very knowledgeable real estate agent . He never rushed me off the phone and whenever he was busy he called me back as soon as he could and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns .As a landlord who owns a few properties in NY Eli is the type of agent I want to work with .

Let me say without any hesitation that during this process Eli Haliva was by far tireless, professional, and easy to work with.
