Elfant Pontz Properties

Elfant Pontz has a pretty good grasp of the Northwest Philly rental market. My experience with them as a manager for my property was mostly decent. Inez and Crystal were fairly responsive and pleasant to deal with. Janet, who runs their operation, was engaging and helpful early on, but once i informed them i would not be renewing their services (for reasons unrelated to Elfant Pontz), her tune changed with quite a few snide comments. Not the most professional image she left me with. That’s kind of like business 101– to maintain a good client relationship before, during, and after providing a service. I’ve had business dealings globally and it’s clear she’s stuck in that proverbial Philadelphia bubble. My only other criticism is that when the tenants moved in, they tried to pull the commo

The Elfant Pontz Properties team is incredible. Response time for most if not all inquiries/requests is quick. Their property at 140 Green Lane is great as well. Located in an accessible area of Manayunk, the apartments themselves are built well, maintained appropriately, and very comfortable (see photo below of mine). I never once had an issue that wasn't resolved in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Elfant Pontz to anyone.

I have been a tenant with them for 7 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. Inez and Crystal were always kind, understanding, fair and communicated promptly when responding to maintenance requests. The price on our apartment was also very reasonable and hardly increased during our time there.

I just started renting from Elfant back in February 2025 and am pleased with the choice I made. The property management team addresses any maintenance concerns promptly and have always been professional in their communications. They also have a high regard for our safety, health and security as tenants. The grounds are also maintained on a regular basis with regards to landscaping or mowing the grass. I love coming home to my apartment!

First place on my own. Jeff was very informative and throrough with the whole process. Had a couple small issues upon moving in (comes with the old building - 120+yr old charm!) but Jeff made sure to handle all of them very quickly and has been so helpful and welcoming with everything. It's starting to feel like home for sure!
