Eleven55 Ripley

I have lived at Eleven 55 for eight years, and I have truly loved it. I have found it to be the best location—close to everything, with the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. I love how easy it is to receive packages and how beautiful the building is. As I prepare to move out, I know this is something I will miss deeply, as Eleven 55 has truly become my home. The amenities are fantastic—I especially love the pool and the gym. That said, while I have loved living here, I do have a few concerns. First, I sometimes wonder if the building is struggling financially, or if management has simply become overly focused on monitoring residents. Lately, there has been an obsession with watching cameras to see who uses community spaces—spaces that residents already pay for through amenity

I've been satisfied with my experience here so far. The building really does feel like a luxury apartment with the beautiful amenities (pool, gym, sky lounge, etc). All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance always comes within 24 hours of submitting a request. In comparison to a previous building I've lived in, I can tell how sound proof the walls are - which is a HUGE plus. Location is great. Overall, I'd recommend!

Monet is absolutely incredible! She was a total lifesaver during my whole moving process and helped me get settled in so smoothly. She's super responsive and always ready to jump in to help with anything I needed, big or small. I was amazed at her dedication, even if she was off, she made sure to get back to me immediately the next morning with everything totally sorted out. I’m thankful for her patience and willingness to help. She made a really stressful time feel easy. She truly goes above and beyond! If you get the chance to work with Monet, take it—she's the best!

I wasn’t going to write a review because I’ve had great experiences with some of the staff (like James) but after a recent interaction with management, I believe it’s necessary. Cons: Pest issues, additional fees, apathetic management Pros: Location, relatively quiet in apartment, friendly maintenance team • Pest issues: Problems began immediately after I moved in. I reported it immediately, obsessively cleaned, took trash out daily, and even stopped cooking hoping I could do something to make it better. Despite multiple reports over several months, management’s only response was to send pest control, and have me clear out ALL cabinets and drawers (bathroom and kitchen) weekly while threatening a $65 fine for anyone who did not comply. The staff was super friendly and the tour was self-guided which was super convenient. We didn't feel like it was for us though; the floor plans felt very cold and almost like labyrinths.
