Eleven33 Apartments

Sammy and his team painted our apt in its entirety in half a day. Sadly for them our whole family was present . Somehow they managed to dodge adults and kids and not spill anything! Sammy also doesn’t have to be this way but he’s always in a good mood and solving problems. Valentino was responsive in making this job happen (I’ve been attempting to get this apt painted for what feels like a few years) but then Valentino arranged it and Sammy came in immediately . i really appreciate this 1133 team! Place looks fresh!!!

I’ve loved living in this community for over five years. Beyond the great location and amenities, what truly stands out is the staff. It’s the best apartment I’ve ever lived in, and I can’t wait to welcome my baby to our home here. I’ve never encountered such a wonderful, positive group of people—they’re always friendly and greet you with a smile. I’d especially like to recognize Sammy for his prompt responses and exceptional attention to detail when handling maintenance requests. It makes a huge difference knowing things will be taken care of quickly and thoughtfully. The concierge team is also fantastic. Marvin, Jason, and Michael are consistently helpful, welcoming, and bring the best energy every day. They genuinely make this building feel like home.

The front desk team is amazing. Marvin is always such a welcoming happy face. Also the maintenance staff are so helpful, quick, and kind. Shout out to Sammy and his new staff members (I forget their names I’m sorry). They all helped with my broken washer!

I have lived in this building for over a decade. In addition to the massive courtyard, sweet neighbors , beautiful rooftop and resident lounge we have an amazing staff. All of the residents GUSH over our front of the house Marvin, Mikey, Phil and Jason. Each once of them will greet you and give a good chat or banter while NEVER missing a beat or package. They are always positive and kind to delivary people too. I have been to many buildings in the area and no one has a staff at front desk like 1133. Some of my favorite mornings are chatting w Marvin ! He is so full of joy it is infectious. As a parent I have had days where he has gone over and beyond by looking out for my child hopping on and off a school bus for the first time. He has heard my tears on days where I was worried about her

Fantastic building with really amazing amenities and location - but even better staff and community! The doormen make everyone’s day brighter, maintenance is friendly and quick with repairs, and management is kind, receptive, and throws great community events!
