So I am currently attempting to refinance! I was initially going with Eleven Mortage! I jumped through hoops that required my time and effort. At the last minute they now needed restructure some things after already signing the initial CD (mind you the lender I'm going with now doesn't require what Eleven Mortage is wanting at the last minute.) One thing I had to get them I had to spend over 30 mins on hold with my solar project lender and during this time I called Wendy Spencer at Eleven Mortage and left a voice mail requesting a call back. Shortly after obtaining what I needed to I received a text from my officer that he was notified by Eleven Mortage that I called. I didn't ask for a call back for my health! I thought not only was it shit to need to restructure things at the last minute
Great Company, even better people! I recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and amazing mortgage company :)

This place is terrible. No communication, they don’t answer the phones, and don’t return voicemails. I would highly recommend AVOIDING them.
