Eleve Apartments

You pay so much money to live here to have roaches in your apartment, dog park filled with poop, and trash chutes overflowing causing pest issues. My front door is right next to the trash chutes so we get all kinds of bugs from this. Management doesn’t care. This place is the worst. Only good thing is the location. I can’t wait to leave this place.

I don't recommend these terrible apartments to anyone. 1. The gym is practically empty and someone is constantly stealing dumbbells, but the managers don't do anything about it. 2. they cheat on the cost of rent. Later, I will file a lawsuit against Them for deception, there are records of the promised value. it was supposed to cost 2,400 per month, they require 2,700 after signing the contract. 3. Permanent breakdowns that are repaired in a month. 4. Also, the houses are not equipped with everything necessary.

My review got removed lol I STILL NOT HAVE RECEIVED MY HOLDING FEE BACK. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 4 MONTHS. I DO NOT EVEN LIVE HERE. $554.64 HELLO???

Ricky was especially patient and an excellent tour guide—he was always readily available to answer all my questions and assist with anything I needed. Both Ricky and Kelvin made my move-in process so smooth and easy. They truly cared, took the time to help me set everything up, and made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciate their support and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I went to tour Eleve lofts and was assisted by Kelvin. I’m so appreciative of the time he took to show me a couple of units and provided me with additional information as to what may become available in the future, and answered all my questions with patience and grace. 😀 the building is in an amazing location close to everything and has an amazing rooftop with stunning views. Everything seemed organized and clean. I would definitely feel comfortable living here knowing the management is efficient. Thank you, Kelvin!
