Stop Do not fall for nice pictures, pools or price per night You can find better accommodation near walt disney kingdom There are plenty of beautiful, clean , affordable hotels , newly built . But not this Rooms are dirty , inconvenient for parking space & sharing place , refrigerator was filthy Kitchen has lots of cockroaches, you will not see during the day but once its dark they all over and you dont want take it with you otherwise your house get it too Be aware of all these , Not worth it at all I booked it for 3 nights I left same night and booked at Kompose boutique hotel .

The inconsistency of the security staff and property managers is atrocious. We apparently parked in an area which wasn't cleared for parking during the day for less than 2 hours. Got towed. They contract with H&H Towing to a sketchy junk yard looking place in the backwood parts of Kissimmee. The towing company is slow and unprofessional. They make you set an "appointment" that they then don't honor. This reeks of a scam and I'll definitely not be recommending any future clients use this place for their retreats/vacations, etc. Like many other people mention how do you advertise a home with 16 bedrooms but not have adequate CLEARLY AND APPROPRIATELY LABELED PARKING in abundance? If you’re looking for peace and tranquility and cleanliness then this isn’t your place. If you like loud music at all times, out of control parties and a trash filled lake then this is the place for you. It’s like a frat house but for adults. Absolutely gross.
