I am finally a resident!!!!! I am so happy and proud for me. Thank to the fabulous team Elevate has I appreciate the hard work and the dedication yall put into building the community. Thanks for all your help and services happy holidays in advance.

had a brutal time staying at Hello Landing and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their service. First, the apartment I moved into looked nothing like the photos online. The furniture was worn out, the place wasn’t properly cleaned, and several things were broken when I arrived. I contacted customer support immediately, but it took days to get a response, and even longer for anyone to actually fix the issues. Communication was another huge problem. Every time I reached out, I got a different person who seemed to know nothing about my case. I had to repeat the same details over and over, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like no one was actually responsible for resolving my situation. The billing was also confusing and felt misleading. There were extra charges

Tiana Wells is THE ABSOLUTE best manager!! I have been living here right at 2 years and she definitely makes us feel like family whenever we need her. She is so sweet and welcoming when we come into the office! She responds timely to any request that I m we have and has made our experience here worth the wild!!! Thank Tiana for all you do!!!!

Stopped by Elevate at Eagles Landing a few days ago as a walk-in. The office was busy, but Shewonna still took the time to give me an awesome Elevated Experience tour with snacks and mimosas. We related right away as Army Veterans, and she totally got the military jargon that’s hard to shake after service. She even called me back like she promised with a unit I might like great follow-up! Can’t believe it was her first time leasing, so shoutout to Tiana for the solid training. The property’s beautiful, and this experience made up my mind to give my current landlord notice I’m ready to move!

Tiana is very relatable, always friendly. She made me feel like family. As a Stockbridge Police Officer, I feel safe living here. She makes sure everything is in order. There are a few officers here. We already had a relationship with Tiana and Jess so moving here was a no brainer. Shawona is the new lady since Jess promotion but she’s amazing too. You can’t lose living here. Thank you ladies for being in touch with the community not just the apartments.
