Elevate has been a tremendous place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering living in Cambridge. The location and community are truly second to none—quiet, safe, and consistently well maintained. What truly sets this property apart is its outstanding leadership. Aleise and Tara are exceptional professionals who have made my experience at Elevate seamless and largely hassle-free. Their proactive communication and white-glove level of service are unmatched in large residential communities I’ve lived in, and they consistently go above and beyond for residents. The maintenance team has been equally impressive—responsive, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to address service requests or accommodate recommendations. I moved into Elevate at the start of December and, while there were a few power issues early on, they were not the fault of the building but rather a neighboring resident. Throughout the entire situation, Tara and Bryce and the team were absolutely exceptional—clearly communicating what was happening, making things right in a fair and thoughtful way, and even checking on my unit while I was away. They went above and beyond, which highlights how the staff at this building respond and operate. The building itself is quiet, well-maintained, and located in a great, easily accessible part of town. I would absolutely recommend Elevate to anyone considering moving here.

Moved in about a month ago to the Lofts building. Been loving it so far! Great area - tons of green space and so close to The Charles! Love the access to blue bikes, green and orange line as well as the EZfare Cambridge bus. Amenities are great - especially the rooftop terrace and views. Full size gym too and its rarely busy. Leasing staff are very responsive and have been helpful with all of my requests. I’d recommend it for sure if you’re looking to have your quiet, while still being just a stones throw away from the city!

You probably shouldn’t live at Elevate… I lived there for almost 2 years and wouldn’t recommend it. Here are the facts: - There is no security. E.g., the parking garage doors are stuck open every winter. Just this past January, a homeless person was living on the 3rd level of the garage. And the elevator lobby door was broken, so anybody can walk to your apartment. - Elevators under constant maintenance and break down often. Which makes getting in and out of the building a traffic jam during rush hour. Especially if you live on the higher floors. - The building’s plumbing has issues. Every other month, there’s water discoloration, sometimes due to scheduled maintenance and sometimes at random. Also, the hot water was intermittent in my bathroom sink. - Lack of reliable trash and recyclin

Elevate recently had an incident where you could tell it was a lot of the team to get through. Aleise, Tara, and Anthony were always around running with their heads chopped off. I witnessed multiple residents scream at them for things that were not in their control and they always held composure. They navigated this situation with professionalism and they really tried their best to do the right thing. I want to give a huge shout out to the entire Elevate team for everything they did during this process. Thank you!
