Elevate 17 apartments

This has to be one of the worse New Communities that I've been in. The Leasing Asst is not friendly. My daughters' building had 2 shootings in the building and a flooding situation where I heard the tenant say on the night of the incident that she DID NOT have any insurance to the Leasing Mananger. The maintenance does not keep the buildings clean. The blood from the shooting 2 weeks ago is still in the hallway. Children who do not reside there block the steps are rude, disrespectful, and hostile when you ask them to get by. Lastly, after being in the apartment for 3 months, they increased my daughters rent. They blow a person's budget. It's unsafe, overpriced, and not managed well. I would NOT recommend this place to call home! Once the Lease ended, my daughter moved out ....Im gratef

Rude and vague. I should have listened to my gut when the website only listed meaningless puffing under its amenities. "Beautiful interiors" and "spa-inspired bathrooms" (they are not, they're regular bathrooms you see everywhere) with absolutely zero specifics as to whether or not the units come with things like dishwashers, washer/dryers, what kind of parking there is, garages, etc. I still called to inquire about availability and ask about their amenities. I was barely able to say "I'd like to see if there is 3 bedroom avail-" when the lady who answered (no name given) interrupted me to say no without hearing the rest of my question. Incredibly rude and disappointing right out the gate, can't imagine how disgustingly they treat their tenants who have actual issues.

The gate was broken and a line of people couldn't get into the property and I was delivering a food order for door dash.
