When I put in a request for repairs they are very quick to respond. They keep the grounds looking great.

Lived here for 7 1/2 years. We had good neighbors. Not a lot of neighborhood drama. We Loved living here. No problems until February 2023. My husband had been sick and missed some work making us late to pay rent that month. The week it absolutely had to be paid before they would start eviction process, my husband's check was delayed due to a national holiday. His check hit our bank 3 hours later than the 8 am due time. They wouldn't let us have the few hours needed to go get a money order to pay the rent. So we were evicted. Not bitter just disappointed that they wouldn't work with us.

New owners come in and raise rent $200 extra a month an fix absolutely nothing.These people are what's wrong with the world. Great job on punishing the community that's already had it rough with flooding and such.landlady is great

Raised rent $200 no new appliances no new painting no new carpet. But want to raise the rent tried to bully us into signing our next year's lease a month and a half early

Maintenance and Management have always been great here. We are really pleased with the service and response.
