If there’s a problem, expect it to be fixed within a few hours, if not sooner. The management is fast, caring, and really on point. We took a risk moving into a new apartment still being built, but we absolutely love it. The property manager, Cory, noticed our apartment wasn’t as clean as he had hoped. Within 30 min it was all cleaned and ready to go. They are extremely pet friendly, which means a lot to me since my dog breed can be difficult to find an apartment. If there’s a problem, they fix it. Cory by far is the best property manager we ever had. Highly recommend.
