Element at River Pointe

Had a great experience touring the community. Grounds looked great. The staff was Friendly. The maintenance personnel even greeted us which is rare to see. The homes we toured were clean and the communication from the staff on fees and pricing was very thorough. Top choice on our move from Virginia.

have been living here for almost a year. My experience is more than great! living at The Element at Riverpointe Apartments is wonderful - close to the Airport! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe. The maintenence crew are always welcoming and they do a great job - no complaints at all. The staff are friendly and always quick to respond whenever I need help. The apartments are spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable, with beautiful views and convenient access to everything nearby. I also love how clean the common areas and pool are kept. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to call home--I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment community. went to tour this place with my boyfriend. some of the property was clean, the other half had wrappers & random trash on the ground everywhere. Larissa was very very sweet and was very kind to us, unfortunately the apartments we were shown had many many issues, things painted over, electrical outlets were coming out of the wall. there was also some rodent droppings and other dead insects in small counters of the apartment. i don’t even live here and i was honestly very uncomfortable even being in there. would not recommend to live here.

From start to finish, my experience touring The Element was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome the moment I arrived. My tour guide was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable — they answered every question with genuine enthusiasm and attention to detail. What made the difference, though, was the hospitality and warmth of the team especially Xena the leasing person. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch — it felt like they genuinely wanted me to find the right home. I left the tour feeling confident, excited, and honestly blown away. If you’re apartment hunting, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour here. It’s a five-star experience from start to finish!

This place is an absolute scam. Do not even bother to think they are kind hearted or caring. They are the closest thing to slum lord that i’ve ever seen. Save your body mind and soul and don't ever rent from these people. They gouge prices on things that aren’t even available half the time month. Their gas runs out in there driers every month. There isn’t even a working lock on the laundry mat (they blame the customers for that too). The “nightly” trash doesn’t get picked up the days or times they say. Their pool is never clean. There are several condemned buildings that they even got in trouble earlier this year for not having valid and approved permits by the city. So they just stopped doing anything to help the location be more safe and secure for its residents.
