Element at Ghent

I had an amazing time living here while I lived in Norfolk! I liked the location and how it was in the middle of everything and had easy access to get anywhere. The covered garage was a huge plus and the amenities were very nice. Harley, Janice, and the rest of the team made my time here very enjoyable and were very friendly and helpful!

The move-in process at Element at Ghent was smooth and efficient. Janice took excellent care of us and provided clear, detailed instructions every step of the way. Haley welcomed us warmly, and the apartment was spotless, just like all the community facilities, which were exceptionally clean and well maintained. So far, a great experience!

Where do I even begin. I moved in here 3 years ago and have had the greatest time. To start all of the team was exceptional, approachable, and always respectful. Maintenance was super easy if you ever needed any. The other residents were all super nice as well. It really was super cool and the whole vibe was super chill. The only thing I’m disappointed about is leaving and that I didn’t get to more events. Please don’t hesitate to sign up for a year or two.

I absolutely loved my time here — from the modern amenities to the amazing location, it truly felt like home. The staff is one of the best parts of the community — always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and the property was always well-kept. I’m so grateful for my experience living here and would highly recommend Element at Ghent to anyone looking for a great place to live in Norfolk!
