Element at Creekside Apartments

Beautiful apartments that are well maintained. The property manager as well as maintenance are very responsive and always ready to help with any concerns I may have.

This property has zero accountability when it comes to cars being broken into… they won’t even check the cameras because they do not work. People can’t even sleep in peace they sleep in fear of their belongings being taken from them… I’m sure with the lack of security they’ll start casing apts next….

Nice community with well-maintained grounds and modern amenities. The manager was responsive to my questions. It’s in a convenient location.

At first I was excited to move in apartment had lots of space and outside looked nice. The downside when I first applied I was quoted a different amount like 100 less in rent I got approved but they still kept changing the rent amount once they had the papers ready the amount changed and went up. I had no choice but to move since I had already put my 30 day notice in my previous place. The first day I moved in the apartment was not well renovated there was hole in the wall where rats would come and go. The apartment smelled like pure weed from the neighbors smoking. From that day I have brought up my concerns about my neighbors smoking everyday. Nobody has done anything and it’s been 7 months. I’ve had to waist additional money buying air fresheners and plugins as well as an air purifier.

The property was very impressive the time I moved in 2023 , office manager answered all questions and was very helpful whenever I had concerns. I've only had 2 maintenance requests and the issues we're well taking care and office manager did a wonderful job following up. Also the current up grade and property was impressive for me moderate with some class I feel I've made a good choice one year ago I do highly recommend this property to other's who need a new beginning on their lives simple but fair and front Mgr 👌 I hope this truly Message will help someone else Have a wonderful adventure @ Creekside Landings Apartment Homes
