I have to alert other Owners or Future Owners who are buying or closing with E.L.C.A. Development of a Serious issue that occurred after my Closing of a Canterbury Trailer in Eagle Lake. I closed in May 2017 and paid all fees necessary for closing procedures. I was notified on January 24, 2019 that a former employee who worked for E.L.C.A, may have kept the title of the trailer and it can not be located. For 2 years, me and my husband believed that all necessary documents were received. I am now just learning that, our name is still on the title as owners of property that we sold. Pete Hendricks of E.L.C.A keeps saying the employee no longer works at Abstract and she can not be reached. That is his only response. This has caused several problems for me and my husband as well as the new own
Love it here, every time is like a breath of fresh air. Everyone is super kind and helpful, the speed limit is a lil slow but with the deer and people walking, it's totally necessary. Off topic but if y'all are hiring, lmk :) I'm the guy with the Beetle!
They didn't bother answering messages..no one answered phones. We were interested in buying a trailer RV
