Elara at the Market

I haven't been at Elara for very long, but I've loved everything about being here so far! Alicia and Miranda are wonderful, the building itself is clean and secure, and aesthetically, it gives off a subtle but elegant vibe. It's also great to be in an area with many cafes and shops (including Pike Place, of course) in an easy walkable distance!

I lived at Elara for 3 years and enjoyed my time there. Management was always so helpful. Miranda and Alicia were ALWAYS so helpful and sweet and great at their job. This honestly makes a world of difference with wherever you decide to live. Honestly it’s the first time I’ve lived somewhere and been sad about moving. I don’t have anything negative to say. The staff and residents are always so friendly. It’s accommodating and they always will find a way to work through any thing that you may need. I loved living at Elara.

I would highly recommend Elara to anyone looking to live downtown in Seattle. I am remodeling a loft and needed another place to live downtown for a year, and the team at Elara at the Market was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and informative. They made my life much easier and truly helped me in a bind. Within a few days, Alicia and Miranda made the entire application and move in experience quick and painless. I was able to get back to work and significantly lower my stress. Thank you for everything!

I recently moved in here and the location and amenities are great. The leasing and move-in process was seamless, and I want to give special thanks to Miranda for her professionalism and courtesy. She was great to work with and I am excited to be part of the community.

I moved into Elara just a couple weeks ago and I’m enjoying it very much so far. This apartment feels like an upgrade from where I was living previously in belltown. This place is the best apartments I’ve stayed so far in the city. Sam, one of the leasing managers, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole leasing and moving process as he was very flexible with his availability and his willingness to showing me and my husband the apartment amenities and vibrant community here at Elara. I’m so happy I get to be apart of this community, feels like home sweet home 😊 thank you, Sam for helping us with the move!
