Elan Poway Hills

I used to live here for a year in a three bedroom and loved it. Now the one, two, and three bedrooms are all close to or over $3000.00 a month without utilities included in that price. No washer and dryer in the units. The wash room has three washers total for the whole complex and you have to pay extra for that as well. It’s really sad that it has gone up this much for no reason, with no major changes to the interior or complex. Just greed unfortunately. 😔

The workers are very rude and I swear they are racist. We more than qualified and they did everything they could to find an excuse to not let us in. Ladies are Latina and right off the bat I could tell they just didn't like us or they had it reserved for their friends. Very very very rude.

Rude never responded to my questions discriminatory and biased attitudes. These apartments are lack luster in appearance and badly need to be renovated. They are ugly & dark they are completely outdated and run down. Management needs to be fired.

Good spot to start out if your new in town
