This has been by far THE WORST place to ever live! With constant police visits thru the complex at all hours. Car break ins. Stray cats everywhere. Months of waiting for repairs to get done. The management WILL NOT return phone calls. Puppy mills in quite a few units. Trash apartments & HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I would rate this place 0 if I could but I have to give it a rating so 1 star will help you understand you SHOULD NOT move in.

Where to start. Everything they show you on your social media is from when it first opened. They advertise there pool that hasn’t worked going on 4 years since we’ve been here. This place has gotten ran to the ground. Elderly women without water for 7 days. We opened our home to her making sure she got a shower in this 104 degree heat. Bought her water. But 7 days without accommodating a 5 year resident who’s in there 70s? The kids who run around no parent supervision past 11 at night. The needles laying around. Stray dogs that have chased my wife and me down while having our baby in hand. Cats that have gotten out of control and the people who feed them. They are rodents at this point and to seeing dead kittens by the dumpster isn’t pleasant with kids around. Having to be charged for ligh

Not the best place to live for many reasons. Used to be good but the manager they have nooo. Sorry she just doesn't care about the people living here. She is at the office but its always closed. Just so frustrating. Nothing gets done. If i could give it zero stars would be better. The crime rate in this apartments is up the roof. Cops do nothing office staff does nothing. Fires, people living here braking into other people's apartments. Tenants braking car windows. If you live here make sure you own security cameras.

My overall experience has been disappointing, to say the least. While I understand that no place is perfect, there is a clear lack of effort in maintaining standards and ensuring tenant satisfaction. I would strongly urge anyone considering living here to do thorough research and perhaps look elsewhere.

Maintenance is amazing and management is nothing but nice i love this place and highly recommend.
