I am very disappointed with the communication and the lack of trust within this rental management service between property owners and tenants. Information is often incomplete, delayed, or contradictory, which creates a lot of confusion and unnecessary stress. It is difficult to obtain clear answers, and commitments made are not always respected. This lack of transparency seriously damages the relationship of trust, which is essential in property management. I do not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and professional support

Really starting to regret renting out a place with them. They have no disregard or sense of urgency when it comes to their tenants. I was rented out a home with a balance on one of the utility bills and have been at the rental for 5 days without water. I keep getting the run around as Raul can never be found or always taking care of other calls. Do your research before renting!
