I genuinely loved my apartment and living at Eko Park for two years. You will not find a better apartment manager than Melissa. She is truly the kindest/most friendly person, and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, has residents' best interest, and one of the hardest-working apartment managers. It is clear that she genuinely cares about both this property and its residents, including the small details of apartment living that are often overlooked in property management. Although I have loved my experience here at Eko Park so far, my review isn’t about the complex itself but the maintence guy, Craig. My roommate and I love him! If something breaks or needs fixing, I always feel bad, but he’s consistently so kind and reassuring. He never makes me feel like a bother and is always genuinely friendly. He even chats with us when we pass him outside and takes the time to ask how our day is! Plus, my dog absolutely loves him! It’s comforting knowing that if something ever needed to be fixed while we’re not home, my pup would feel safe with him there. Craig is truly one of the nicest people & I am glad he is the maintence guy because he treats the residents with such kindness!

I have been a resident for over a year now and I would love to stay here as long as possible. Aside from the normal apartment qualms (hearing neighbors at time and difficult parking), Eko Park has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. Melissa the property manager is the most helpful woman ever and the maintenance team is always quick in helping their residents and if they can’t come, Melissa comes and helps herself. Truly amazing people and an even better living environment!

Just a heads up if you park here for just a few hours visting friends past office hours your car will be towed with no warning whatsoever. Cost is a lovely 350$ screw this apartment complex. (Also they have no guest parking whatsoever as well which would be beneficial for people in this situation)

I have to say I've never been happier at any place than I am here. I'm not particularly skilled in any kind of mechanics or maintenance, and I really appreciate that Craig will come by and take care of us when we need him to. He's incredibly friendly and sociable, and incredibly knowledgeable and crafty about how he fixes things!
