We just moved into our condo and immediately experienced a roof leak caused by snow accumulation. The leak came through our ceiling, creating significant damage. We called our property manager, Donna, right away, but received no response for hours. When we finally reached her through the emergency line, she misinformed us multiple times, telling us we would be responsible for any damage caused by the roof leak. We later confirmed this was completely false. Donna promised to call the next morning with an update on when a contractor could come—but we never heard from her. Now, we have an active, worsening leak, and she refuses to answer her phone. The lack of communication, misinformation, and complete disregard for urgent maintenance needs is shocking. Einsidler Management is Horrible. They don’t know what they are doing and they have no follow through at all. I wound up with $12,000. With interior damages because our Managing Agent refused to schedule my roof repair which turned into a roof replacement. They took from November to January 23 rd to replace my roof. During mid January there were major rainstorms which caused my roof to fail and I had dirty water gushing into my apartment. The water damage went through my flooring into my LR below. Be very careful and do your research!

Just moved into Fairview two days ago and now have a roof leak that is causing a lot of damage to my condo and going through my floors and ruining everything. I spoke to Donna Anderson and she is not helpful at all and keeps hanging up on me. That’s is very disrespectful and not professional. I have called emergency services multiple times and nothing has been done. How am I responsible for all this damage if it is coming from your roof and you guys are not fixing it!!!! My attorney even said we’re not responsible for any of this damage. We have only received horrible communication and this needs to be addressed.

Completely unacceptable lack of communication. We have sent multiple emails for over a month with zero response. The property manager, Donna Anderson, is entirely unresponsive. We are waiting on urgent documents, and the ongoing silence has caused serious delays and frustration. This level of neglect is unprofessional and irresponsible. I would not recommend this company to any property owner who expects basic communication and accountability. Update 02/09/2025 Donna has still no gotten an answer or a time frame with expectations on when we can obtain these requested documents from 2024. I would hope someone at her company helps fill the void of her lack of experience and help obtain what we need
