Honestly a great! All staff are awesome, especially Danny. This apartment always host multiple monthly events great for kids and people of all ages to meet your neighbors. They post calendars around as well as create events in the app so it’s easy to know what is going on. Maintenance always comes as fast as they can and I never had any serious issues. Great for dog families, love the dog park and meeting others with fellow dogs when I walk my dog for walks. Also, I feel safe when I walk my dog! Which honestly these days is hard to come by! Everyone is so friendly. This place also has a cool game room with a pool table, tvs (with sports!), poker table, and arcade machines. We were able to use the space for our daughter’s birthday which is fantastic. To sum it up, honestly no complaints.

My favorite apartment in Denton! The staff is friendly and super helpful! My unit was spacious, and had a fully functional kitchen. Loved having a balcony! And the bathroom was so nice! The apartment also would host get togethers for the residents, I loved the Thanksgiving and Christmas parties! The apartment complex was always cleaned and maintained, and the maintenance was prompt anytime I needed any repairs (which was rarely.) I just moved yesterday and already miss it!

Love it here! We have been here since 2021 and even though management has changed faces, everyone is so kind and makes sure all your requests and everything is in order. The courtesy officer is great as well and responds super quickly to requests. Highly recommend living here!

As a first time renter this place is nothing short of perfection. My family and friends absolutely loved it when apartment hunting, almost seemed too good to be true haha! The staff is extremely talented, knowledgeable, intentional and friendly. 6 months into living here now they are always so welcoming and helpful whenever I have questions as an inexperienced renter. It’s a fun, well-kept, quiet community with tons of amenities and events for residents. Would 100% recommend to any other younger people, especially if you want a quick commute to all the nearby schools!

The first two years were promising; it was a decent value for Denton with responsive management that, while not perfect, addressed issues like problematic neighbors and tried to maintain a good environment. However, a change in management approximately one year ago has turned this place into a stressful and financially punitive environment. The sense of "home" has been entirely erased by oppressive policies and a complete lack of accountability. The single worst issue is the predatory towing and parking enforcement.
