This was my mom‘s worst experience as renting from somebody she had not won, but three snakes one was in her home, which was a baby cottonmouth very venomous two that were right at her back doorstep very venomous cottonmouth you will not get your deposit back they would not fix the broken hot water heater until after my mom moved out which was a whole 36 days from the time she discovered it was leaking her rent was paid faithfully every month like clockwork this place was built on Marshland so if you rent from them, you will be subject to being bit or running across a highly venomous snake when my mother called to let the man in office about the venomous snake he said there was nothing he could do this place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from them yes it is Income bas

Extremely rude person in the leasing office. They also have ridiculous policies such as: you can't even view the property until you pay am application fee. They wouldn't let my husband come at a slightly later time, though we both work full time, to fill out his part of the application, it also can not be done via phone or email. They also don't accept payment other than a money order. No cash, card or check. This is not listed on their website, so I wasted an hour of my life driving there to have some lady be nasty to me. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Very rude, unfriendly, nasty additude people at the office there. The rules are more like a dictatorship. Would never waste my money there after the experience I had with them. Seemed very stuck up and high and mighty. Could only imagine the long lists of rules there. I have spoke to others that had the same experience.

I have lived there since August 2017...and all I have to say is positive about the complex...the manager and maintenance are always helpful and attentive...I feel safe in our community...and for the rent I pay, I am very pleased with the apartment we have...I recommend Egret Pointe to anyone who is looking.
