E&G Realty made moving from out of state SO easy! I moved from Atlanta, GA to Brooklyn, NY, and couldn't do it without Gil Nezry! He was completely transparent in representing the property, made the application and approval process seamless and simple, and even offered advice on local spots to help us integrate to the city faster. We are so thankful for him, he is so adaptable and kind, and he communicates so effectively. Moving out of state to a place I only ever visited felt like a huge leap to me, but Gil made it great. I cannot express how amazing it was to have someone just tell me no-BS what I needed to get approved and what it was like in the building. 100/10 would recommend.

Gil and Elias were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were extremely communicative and were quick to respond to my calls and texts. They were great in providing updates about my apartment application and the various steps involved in obtaining a new apartment. I've moved three times in NYC, and I have never had a broker provide me with such thorough instructions for the lease signing process or a welcome letter that outlined all of the info I needed for my new apartment building. Most leasing agents only give the number to the management company, but Gil and Elias went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend E&G Realty Group!

Just got an apartment through Gil and Elias. They were professional, quick to respond to emails/texts, honest, and super friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Never felt pressure by them and felt like they were working on my side to help me get the apartment I wanted at a price that made sense. They were excellent liasons to building management whenever I had questions. I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Very helpful! Elias was gracious in showing us listings until my wife and I found the perfect spot. Plus, they negotiated for us with the realty company to get us a favorable move-in date and price reduction on the rent.
