In a text, I asked Ellie if she is asking me for payment before delivery of appraisal and she responded, "YEAH" " Most clients pay upon completion of the inspection" Versus the actual delivery of appraisal. I then asked her if the report was done and she said, "No its not." She then told me, If I did not want to move forward, that's fine."
