Jina was super helpful with the new home process. Super sweet lady and very insightful with things to look out for to take of your new home especially prepping for the seasons/weather changes. Anything you need done or fixed email her and she will get that taken care of. Gifted us with Edwards Homes chocolate goodie basket. YUM!!

I purchased a home through Edwards Oct 2024. They didn’t fix the majority of the items on the initial inspection. Throughout the past year I’ve sent 5 emails to the warranty department that went unanswered. I had the house re-inspected on Oct 2 and learned that many of the items that were identified on the initial inspection that were never fixed. This past week I was scheduled for maintenance and no one showed. Today a plumber came to fix the stoppers and that is all. There are roof issues, the sliding glass door is not aligned, etc. It is all in the reinspection. I’ve called, sent texts, emails. I just want Edwards to honor their warranty for a $365K house, they didn’t mind taking the money for. Eduardo Fernandez is impossible to reach. The homeowner shouldn’t have to send numerous requ

As others have mentioned the houses look nice at first but we have had a number of issues. - Studs are not consistently spaced (e.g. 16" on center) making it frustrating to hang anything and makes us wonder where else they cut corners. - The stucco started cracking on window ledges and along the foundation less than 2 years in. - Our cheap garage door (which we had to pay separately to get an opener for) broke less than 4 years in. - Our HVAC was placed on an improperly fitted duct (as assessed by 2 independent HVAC repair technicians), resulting in leaks when it rains and $3k+ out of pocket to fix, also less than 4 years in. This was a problem with the original build, not something we could have fixed ourselves or prevented ourselves. This builder does not stand by their work. The warran

Three words: cheap, cheap, cheap. Bought a house in Peyton Estates as a first time home buyer. The house 'looked' great and they honestly lured me in with their buyer incentives. They provided me with $10,000 after closing. Trust me when I say that over time you will spend more time than ever with the upkeep of the property. After just 2 years the house will slowly start to fall apart. You will start to see cracks around the windows, hairlines where the walls meet the ceiling, cracks where the floor meets the baseboard, and on the cheaply made shelving in the garage, just to mention a few places. The ceiling will also start to chip and you will start to see random black heads from the screws they used. The stucco was also poorly completed around the perimeter of the house and is now cracki

Subject: Seeking Help – Edwards Homes Refusing to Honor Repairs on New Home I purchased my home from Edwards Homes less than two years ago because of their reputation for building quality “dream homes.” Unfortunately, my experience has been far from that. Since moving in, I’ve had ongoing HVAC problems. Edwards Homes originally agreed to repair the HVAC system and replace the ductwork—closing the old ducts and installing new ones. My walls are in poor condition, and my garage sides have started cracking. The previous warranty representative had acknowledged these issues and agreed to have them fixed. However, the new warranty employee, Gina, recently informed me that my warranty has expired and that no further repairs will be done. I’ve already forwarded her the documentation showing th
