Mark edmond is more of a slum lord than a land lord. First I moved into an apartment with a stove that's very ancient. I didn't know there was something wrong until a few weeks after I moved in to use it. Long story short. I been here 3 years and he still refuses o replace it. My now husband eventually moved in with me and we ended up having a baby. I asked the slum lord for a 2nd pair of keys just for him. I paid the $50 and it never came into my possession. Last but not least. When asking for alternative to pay the rent he not only played word games but was very disrespectful. I had a neighbor that moved out and warned me about him. Little then I know how right she was. My husband and I are currently working on moving out with our 2 children

Often, there is unhealthy relationship between the tenant and the one leasing the property. That's not the case here. My landlord helped get me through college when I couldn't get afford the travel costs. He's not perfect, but he genuinely cares about his tenants and will go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied with their experience. Just make sure you have the rent... He's a business man; not a charity case.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. You will regret it. Mark doesn’t care. Rent somewhere else please. Do your research.

Landlord is very unprofessional.. first I asked for spare keys since I'm helping my wife, he said he needs to do a background check, mine is clean, then asked for $50 for the spare keys, I never received it so I asked for a refund months later.. I also wanted to ask if there's a different payment method since the invoice for the rent comes with a smaller envelope and the surge charge to pay online went up from $3 to over $22.. he then give me an attitude and was very rude saying that my name is not on the lease so he won't answer my simple yes or no question.. he's a very difficult slum lord, I can't wait to help my wife move out
