This apartment complex is filthy. Roaches are everywhere, maintenance is practically nonexistent, and pest control is rarely done. The office is always closed, and no one ever answers the phone. If you’re considering living here—don’t. Stay far away.

This place is running scams while taking deposits and no answers . They tell you different months when this place is going to open. Building false hope. Terrible. Candice needs to be fired. She is unprofessional and lazy. Very unprofessional. She should take up personable skills , which she lacks.

Love this place. Candice and Silvia were very helpful and pleasant. Just disappointed about the wait time I endured on opening up and rent amount that I was originally told 1.5 year ago but God is the FINAL ANSWER and will see me through it all.

I've sent my application to this place since July 2022 I haven't hear anything back from them if you call the front desk as a new member you will get someone but once they transfer you to the people who does application status no one will answer I don't know what kind of scam these people are running they accepting application fees and your information but that's all you ever get no one will ever contact you after that it's February 2023 still haven't been able to speak to anyone about the status of my application
