Construction continues for these beautiful Toll.Brothers Homes in e-Town. Almost all sold out. Here is a new slab just poured for my customer. Nice lake view.

Beautiful homes by Toll Brothers. Went in to take a peek, and they are doing some good things out there.

Very nice place with a huge lot.

We are going to buy a house in Edison, and got estimate. We just add basic upgrades. it was about $10,000 plus than their basic plan. But mortgage was about $1800 over than listing price on website. Of course we were surprised. The lady thought we can’t afford and lost interest in introducing their house to us. Very rude. It was little over price with my husband income. But we are double income. We can buy if this house is worth it. But we just walked away. Another reason, we are looking for house with pool and gym inside community. They advertise they have amazing community center in this housing. But actually NOT. You have to drive 3miles for using those amenities. It can’t say they have community pool and gym on site. Too pricey for what is offered at the base model. Paying for location primarily. "Prepare to have an extra $100k on top of home price," words from the people who work there. Won't name names because that's just unprofessional as it was just out of our price range and I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble. Be prepared when building as it gets pricey fast when you want to be extra picky like us!
