I worked with Cynthia (Cindy) Hurley of Edina Realty during the purchase of our home, and the experience was deeply disappointing and stressful. Throughout the process, Ms. Hurley made repeated assurances that outstanding construction and finish work would be completed, citing her personal relationship with the builder, who is her brother-in-law. Those representations were a significant factor in our decision to proceed with the purchase. Despite these assurances, the promised work was not completed prior to closing. After the sale finalized, communication from both Ms. Hurley and the builder abruptly ceased, and our repeated attempts to obtain resolution have gone unanswered.
