I’ve lived in an apartment through the Edgewood group for almost two years and it’s been a great experience. The location is convenient and beautiful, the building is generally quiet and well maintained, and the apartment itself had recently been renovated prior to my moving in and is lovely. The renter’s portal is easy to use and the staff (especially Angela) are available, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed at the Edgewood group for the last year. The community is well-maintained and quiet. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive and friendly the property manager and maintenance staff are. Al and Angela are approachable, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The rent is very reasonable compared to other properties in the area, especially given the overall upkeep of the community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and well managed apartment community.

The leasing and application process with Edgewood Group is seamless. Angela is super helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions. The property is always clean and well-maintained and the maintenance team is great. Always friendly, they acknowledge people in the common areas and check in to make sure amenities are working properly. Overall, a really positive experience so far!

My husband and I rented an apartment through Edgewood Group for three years before we bought a house and never had any complaints. Angela and Al were both great to work with and they always got back to you in a timely manner if you had questions or concerns. Parkside Apartments provided a grill and fire pit that the tenants could use, which my husband and I enjoyed in the summer! The rent never increased by an insane amount like other rental properties do and was always reasonable. If you’re looking for an apartment to rent, Edgewood Group is the best option!

For the past two years I lived on the Parkside apartment, very quiet neighborhood. The property is very well maintained, Maintance is very helpful, friendly and usually resolves any issues very quickly. I only moved because I needed extra space, but other than that, I would definitely recommend!
