Edgewood At The Gables

I actually live at Gablehills, 5-208. My apartment is right across the parking lot from Edgewood at the Gables. My neighbors who live there, almost right across from me, are good people. From what I've seen, It is a nice-looking, senior citizens apartment complex.

I did not get to see the interior as all units were occupied. But from the outside it is lovely. Each resident has created an oasis outside their door with a wonderful variety of plants. I was told that as people move out, the units are being made over with new flooring, appliances, paint, etc. The property is arranged with short driveways leading into cul de sacs, preventing high-speed traffic through the complex. It is age 62-plus restricted.

My grandma has been waiting over six months for mailbox key she’s been here 13 years just can’t seem to get a key. They don’t do their maintenance work. The people at the front office are just crappy about getting work done they’re rude to you.

I’m not sure why someone would let the assistant manager or whatever position (Bree) or Brie the short chick that works in the office follow the neighbors (kinfolk) up to the Apartment and let them threaten to kill my 63 yr old mother and her grandkids accusing them and myself for stealing a car that officers said they seen the owner of the vehicle driving it after the car was initially stolen. My mom is too old to care to cause trouble for another struggling individual such as herself and the grandkids are all under the age of 5yrs old, they can’t drive.. Anyway poor management, poor maintenance, I must say they were willing to work with families having hard times and financial hardship and let us stay until we found a place to rent that’s the only good thing, but 3 days before we moved i

My mother lives here I became disabled needing 24 hour care so I did get approval to stay with my mom after my husband and I split they don't keep up with maintenance or pest control we have horrible roaches and have complained several times and NOTHING gets done about it it takes forever to get anything fixed if it gets done at all
