A Truly Special Place to Live in Beacon! After touring countless apartments in Beacon, my search ended the moment I found Scenic Beacon Properties. (Edgewater Place to be exact) This isn't just an apartment community; it's a true home, and my stay here has been nothing short of spectacular. From the very beginning, the property management team (big shout out to Kristen!) was incredibly attentive and responsive. She patiently guided me through the process and helped me find the perfect apartment that fit my needs. The grounds themselves are absolutely gorgeous, with manicured landscaping and wildflowers that makes every day feel a little more serene. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and airy, with views that are truly spectacular. It’s hard to find a better place to wa

I lived here for 1 year and had the best experience. Management was always prompt in responding to issues and questions. Not to mention everyone on the team was so nice! I was so sad to have to leave for work. Highly suggest anyone considering to absolutely live here! You’ll have the best experience 💙

When we moved in we were aware the the site was under construction. Accordingly, an operating learning curve existed. That said I found facility management responsive to any and all problems, as few as they were, quickly and professionally addressed. During the year an exercise room, dog park, and (inside) bicycle storage was created. The gardens they have planted are in bloom and the view of the Hudson is stunning. Now, a year in, the complex is in great shape and a lovely place to live with a lovely group of neighbors. We enjoyed our time at Edgewater.

I was one of the first tenants to live in 30 Edgewater, and I'm gladly moving out. Here's my take: The good: - views (if you face the river) - close to the train - all-electric - most neighbors are nice - management is quick to respond (you may not like the response) - beautiful native wildflowers everywhere (note: some neighbors don't like this because they believe that the native meadows are bringing ticks; I'm personally unconvinced) The bad - views (if you face the construction) - things break all the time: key fob readers, people get stuck in elevators, my fridge/freezer doors won't stay closed even after two visits from maintenance, etc. There's basically something broken every week. - dog run has been out of service for the past (update: 3) months due to improper construction, and

I moved into Edgewater Sept 2024 and have been disappointed with the company’s lack of transparency and failing to meet residents reasonable expectations. The community here is fairly tight knit and it’s my understanding many of us experience some amount of frustration. The site lists many amenities available. A gym, underground parking, bike storage, community space, rooftop area, etc aren’t even in the process of construction. The company priorities getting residents in instead of prioritizing promised amenities. Management seems to throw a number of their self created issues (lack of planning) back on to the residents. Parking is already a major concern. I moved in with the expectation that this would be a luxury complex. Some units don’t come with dishwashers, all units do not come wi
