Edgewater at Virginia Lake

Really nice complex. The ladies in the office are very nice and make sure all of our concerns and questions get resolved. Also the repairmen are very nice and always say hi when we walk past each other on top of keeping everything to code and fixing anything that breaks.

The results were very good and fast regarding the lease approval. They work quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied and recommend them to everyone who is looking for good places to live and quality service. A ​​special shout-out to manager Itzel Copado! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment. The primary issue at The Edgewater Apartments is not with the units themselves, but with the management's decision to employ an incredibly aggressive and predatory towing company. The relationship with this towing contractor has completely eroded any sense of comfort or safety for residents. The tow truck drivers patrol the complex like vigilantes, often placing warning stickers on vehicles in a manner that feels intimidating and harassing. As a resident, you should not have to feel unsafe or pressured in your own home. The core of the problem is that this external company, which has no concern for our welfare, is being given free rein to enforce parking rules with an overzealous and unforgiving attitude. I don’t often write reviews, but would like to do so for my 8+ years living at Edgewater. I found the property always well maintained and the staff promptly responsive to any maintenance issues. The staff too was always friendly and courteous. The location is great, centrally located for shopping, etc. and very appealing right on Virginia Lake. I moved out recently and found the process very smooth and accommodating. I even got more than half of my original deposit refunded. Based on my experience overall, I would highly recommend considering a move here..

Anytime I call the office for a maintenance work order they come out in a timely manner. I really appreciate the care that they come into my home with and the fast response service thank you.
