Today on Jan 13th 2026 a work order was put in in the morning, they ended up showing up within a half hour of making the order. They made sure that everything was all set and taken care of. the maintenance man Manny did a very good job and i was very satisfied with his work. They do a good job here and take care of problems as they come

Absolutely LOVE living here! It's so quiet and clean. I have lived here for a few years and couldn't be happier. The office staff treat you like family and Maintenance takes care of my repairs quickly and omg the new manager, Heather, she's a VIBE! I love her positive attitude, fun and friendly demeanor! Thank you to all the staff for making this complex the best place to live! If you are debating on where to rent, definitely check out Edgebrook, you won't regret it! :)

I began searching for apartments in September, even though I planned to move in February. During that time, I had the opportunity to tour Edgebrook and met Connie Hageman, who was incredibly amazing and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and consistently stayed in touch. When I finally moved in on January 28th, Connie made the entire process seamless. I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication.

Hello my name Eugene Jenkins. My last repair for my apartment at building 78 apt#12 was done by Jeremiah. He unclogged my kitchen sink pipes. He was deligent, patient, excellent work! He really scored a 10 in his effort and performance! Haven't had an issue since with my sink!

These apartments suck. The maintenance service is poor the property manager takes days to get back to you. you pay over 1000 to live here they don’t have back up generators they don’t plow in a timely manner don’t forget everything in the apartment is electric so you can’t even use your stove. it is not worth living here
