Edge On 15th

The apartments are news and in good conditions obviously. The layout of the neighborhood seems to be a bit too narrow. The back yards are super small, but do have grass. The layout inside tue apt is diff from one to another and some of them seems be more "open space" than others. There is no guest parking on the street (at least i haven't seen one). There is a very very nice pool which i really liked. There isn't any view from the yard and you can see only the next neighbor house. The price range for 3 bedroom apartment is approximately 2600 dollars a month. Come and take a look for yourself you might like it. I didn't like it too much but might worth a quick look.

Extremely dissatisfied with the HOA's practices. Despite paying the boot fee, one of their agent failed to process my payment which constitutes theft of my money $500. The HOA is very shady that also practices unethical and fails to lack accountability that prioritizes generating revenue over fairness and transparency. Additionally, they have a sign posted that says they place boots on guest vehicles after 11pm HOWEVER they will place boots before that time which is VERY shady. I have added photos of the HOA commuting potential FRAUD and negligence. Although I’ve provided evidence about my vehicle being wrongfully towed they still DENY my vehicle being towed from their CLEAR AS DAY. Again, very shady. At first we decide to get this home Becaz it close to everything and of cause it brand new. After we moved in disasters happen Example the hidden fee and something that they charge and no explanation but that not the main concern Til after one month ac broken (ok they came to fix) I requested them to patch to broken wall, tile and all crack before we move in but until now no response Today on Halloween it happen Becaz it raining so hard from the outside and the water leaking and flooding inside my HOUSE. Brand new houseeee Gosh , luckily we still under warranty but I’m not happy already .. period No more word!!!

New townhouses, close to downtown, close to the beach. YOT is around the corner with great views and a great happy hour. Airport is an $8 uber... no complaints!
