The negative reviews and trash/bug photos should tell you all you need to know. Here’s my take. Ashley is super nice and called frequently offering me an amazing move in special and fantastic tour, super nice! Once I signed, couldn’t get a return call or any assistance. I was given a great rate and asked if there were any additional fees to be aware of before making my decision. I was told the only extra fees were water, trash and fetch. Then when I received my first rent bill, there are extras added in for hall way lights and exterior building lights extra $50+ - so plan on that. The fees are in the lease agreement however you don’t really get the lease agreement until you’re ready to move and by then I was stuck. Took 3+ months to fix a metal security gate that was banging at all hours

This place just keep getting worse. The trash vendor leaves notes because he doesn’t want to collect trash bags that are full. The trash situation is disgusting and applauding, The gym is still very dirty and broken equipment, missing parts. The hall ways always have trash bags, boxes and bugs everywhere. The hallways smell from the trash. My neighbor has 2 trash cans sitting outside his apr permanently, this is supposed to be a violation of the lease yet they dont bother to enforce it and let tenants get away with whatever they want. I follow the rules yet nobody else does. Please let me out of my lease. This Apartment building is managed by amateurs who don't know anything about Property Management. The trash situation is out of control. No tenants follow the rules, and the management staff doesn't enforce any of the rules. Every single day, I walk to the garage there are trash bags on the floor and a trail of ants and all sorts of bugs. Water bugs are all over the hallways, and the garage is not secured. It's left wide open for vandalism and theft. Filthy trash cans are left outside my neighbor's apt door 24 hours a day, and management knows and DOES NOTHING about it. The gym is missing all the attachments to use the cable machine, and the one rope attachment is frayed and disgusting. The bench in the gym is missing a pad, so you really can't use it unless you just sit on the end that do

Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this…DO NOT MOVE HERE. This has been such a horrific and harrowing experience. We (my 63 yr old mother and I) moved in last week. When we got there the apartment had not been cleaned, it was FILTHY and the A/C was broken. My poor mother had to sit in an apartment at 86 degrees while I dealt with the movers at our old place. She nearly had a heat stroke. While they were loading the truck, I must have called 10 times to have try to have them get someone down there to fix it. The outlets in the living room were out, there was a wasp nest on my patio, I mean I could probably go on for days. Turns out the whole maintenance team quit THAT DAY, which speaks for itself. This place is horrific. The trash problem is OUT OF CONTROL. See attached photos. My direct neighbors garbage has been sitting outside the door for 3 days now as of today is 8-15-25 and its still out in the hallways and it’s attracting ants and all sorts of bugs and horrific scents in the hallway. The business lounge is also disgusting with spilled coffee on the countertop and it being there a full day. Rugs just sitting on the floor in the hallways for days. The gym STILL HASN'T BEEN CLEANED AT ALL AND STILL HAS BROKEN EQUIPMENT AFTER MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN TOLD SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT IT. Asset Living the holding company of the property is a slumlord.
