Eden West Apartments

I just recently signed my second year lease at Eden West Apartments and I've never been more pleased to live in an apartment! The apartments are so cute, have loads of natural light and the community is very friendly. Becky and everyone else at the office, they are all so pleasant to talk to. Security is around enough to make you feel safe. Maintenance is incredible, I never have to wait long for something to be fixed or replaced - and bonus - if they find further problems, they don't ignore them like other places, they fix them on the spot! Parking lots are always cleared of snow very promptly and the grounds are kept so clean. The swimming pool and laundry facilities are incredible! In the 3.5 years I've lived at Eden, there's been more positives than negatives, and I'm grateful to have found this complex in Omaha. For being close to Dodge St. and Westroads mall, it's still pretty safe and quiet. The nearby school, retirement home and family neighborhoods help with that, along with well lit at night and a security unit monitoring the property through the night. The staff at Eden are friendly, welcoming and truly help with what they can to work with you. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The grounds crew does a great job as well throughout the year of keeping the complex looking presentable spring-fall and are quick to remove snow in the winter. I have lived at Eden West coming up on 2 years now and have already resigned my lease for another year here. This place truly feels like home to me. You really only have one neighbor close to you which allows for more privacy than any other apartment I have lived in. The club house gym and pool area are beautiful as well, they just recently updated the gym and redid the pool area last summer. The pool is huge, shallow all around (great for kiddos) and it is almost never busy which is so amazing for an apartment pool! The ladies in the office are amazing and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond for you! All around have loved living here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

By far the worse apartments I’ve ever lived in. This was my apartment when I got my keys. They told me things would be painted and ready to move in. When my shower wasn’t working and there was mold in my kitchen it took them over a week to finally have someone fix it. They refused my pro rate even though it was not a place I could shower and cook in. I went to the property manager they didn’t care either. And I did break my lease early because I honestly could not stand all the problems that kept happening. I was so unhappy going back home because I knew how disgusting it was . And when I moved out, they sent me a bill for a lightbulb and a shower rod that I never even had when I moved in. Our lease is coming due in a month and we will definitely be renewing, WE LOVE IT HERE. The Front Staff Gina, Becky & Rucha arre all so Wonderful and Helpful, we went from a House of 29 years to an apartment and they all made the transaction so easy. Answered all my silly questions. The maintenance Staff Sam, Atticus and Louis are so helpful, efficient and always go above and beyond. The new swimming pool is fantastic. And sitting out on our patio, with a cup of coffee looking out at the well manicured courtyard is a delight. So wonderful not to have to mow,rake or shovel snow.
